Meditation Minute is an ongoing series of short meditations so that you can have an easy to experience  tool at the ready. This is a brain rest and refresh meditation to help you feel relaxed and refresh.

MEDITATION TRANSCRIPT

Here is a transcript so you can read and experience at your own speed, especially if you'd like to slow down the pace of the meditation. Feel free to listen to the guided meditation multiple times if you like.
locate a place that it is appropriate to close your eyes and relax without being disturbed. When you are ready, allow yourself to get comfortable, in a seated or lying down position, whichever you prefer

As you start to relax and get comfortable, imagine yourself in a blank white room. Take notice is your white room round, or square, or even possibly another unique shape?

As you settle in and it feels more and more comfortable to you, imagine you are floating and weightless. Imagine that you have complete command of what position you would like to be in while you are in the room.

As you get acquainted to your weightlessness and flying around the room as you desire, you notice a switch labeled “10 second brain rest, rejuvenate, and refresh switch”

When it feels right to you, navigate to the switch and press it. As you float comfortably for the next 10 seconds you may or may not feel your brain gently and pleasantly refreshing.

Now that your brain has rested and rejuvenated you can start making your way back to the room, wiggling your toes and fingers, opening your eyes,  refreshed and ready to continue your day.
